About The TEAM
Nick has wanted to be a chef since he can remember and has always followed his passion. He trained at the highly regarded Hotel School at Norwich City College and has gained experience by working in France and New York as well as working as a Sous Chef and Head Chef in restaurants around Norfolk including The Earlham Arms and St Giles House Hotel.
Matt has over 10 years of experience in the Hospitality industry. His passion stems from his love for British Food and Modern Cuisine, influenced by his time working as a Chef in a 3 Michelin Star restaurant. He has worked in many restaurants across Norfolk including Jamie's Italian and The Earlham Arms, assuming the role of Head Chef for the latter.
